We have always valued carbohydrate packed food for breakfast so that we can have energy to handle our tasks throughout the day. Hence, Blogsplutter would like to give you a few tips on how to power pack your fruit juices so that you can not only enjoy the nutritional value of fruit early in the morning, but also have the energy to ace your day.
First of all, we would require a blender to mix the goodness of the various ingredients such as fruits, yogurt, and milk.
Step 1: Choose a fruit that is nutritious and which you would like to drink as a juice. This will act as the base of the taste. For starters, we would recommend fruits such as bananas, honey dew, kiwi, watermelon. These fruits taste good and they can provide a good source of fibre. Bananas should always be present. They not only have high fibre content but can also provide the necessary you with energy for your active lifestyle.
Step 2: Choose a dairy product to blend. This may include yogurts, cow milk to even soy milk. This ensures that the drink have a nice milky texture to it and also contain the goodness of beverages such as milk and coffee to provide us with calcium.
Step 3: Choose a muesli and chop into finer pieces. This can provide the carbohydrates that we need.
